Terms and conditions for returned items:
1. Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 of receiving your order. kayalore.com would be responsible for the return shipping fee incurred.
3. Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred. To make sure you order the correct sizing, please email us to inquire about the sizing before ordering.
4. Products returned for exchange or refund must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returned products with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
5. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of used lingerie.
6. You must take photos on the defects and email them to email@example.com for our verification within 7 days of receiving the items in order for the items to be returned.
7. When sending a return or exchange, it is recommended that you ship the items with UPS, DHL or Fedex that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.
8. We would be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for products with quality-related issues. Customer would be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for products with other issues, such as color, sizing and preference.
9. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable but we will not deduct any further cost for the return.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 Business days
Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days. Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at email@example.com If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
